     煤礦采空區填充材料是一種低粘度,雙組份、高分子組合料,用專業注漿泵 將雙組份材料充分混合注漿后,快速反應發泡,體積迅速膨脹,隨后固化成型, 用來填充廢棄老洞、溜眼(煤倉),填充工作面巷道的頂板,以及對巷道頂部的 松散巖煤層進行切眼注漿,防止冒頂。加強巷道回采工作面。阻止氣體泄漏并保 證工人安全施工,可以通過打眼填充鄰近的廢棄巷道及已壘堵的廢巷道等采空區 防止瓦斯泄漏。
     由于管道密封問題和地層水少量回流,在進入專用泵的發泡樹脂管道內經常 滲入少量催化劑和水,由于由于水對發泡樹脂也有很強的催化作用,這樣就會造 成樹脂粘度上升,甚至在混合前提前發泡。影響填充效果甚至造成設備損壞。
     采用我公司生產的在線粘度傳感器安裝在發泡樹脂管道實時監測發泡樹脂的粘度變化,以判斷發泡樹脂是否混入催化劑和水,保證充填質量和預防管道, 設備堵塞等重大事故發生。
